From bar stock to your bench
Four steps, one site. The same team machines, cleans, measures and labels each lot before it leaves Brazil for stock in Texas.

Swiss-type CNC machining
Ti-6Al-4V ELI bar stock is turned on Swiss-type CNC lathes. Connections, collars and emergence profiles are cut to the geometry of each implant system.

Cleaning & passivation
Every part is cleaned and passivated before inspection, so the surface is ready for the seat and the screw.

Lot measurement
Each lot is measured against the drawing. Dimensions are recorded against the lot number before the lot is released.

US distribution
Lots are received in Texas and labeled with the SKU, lot and system. Orders placed before 3 pm CT ship the same day.
Every lot is measured
A compatible part is only useful if it seats the way the original does. Each lot is inspected before release and traced from the label back to the run.
- Ti-6Al-4V ELI titanium
The grade specified for titanium parts, machined from bar stock with the same material on every run.
- Lot traceability on every label
Each label carries the lot number, so a part can be traced back to its machining run.
- Dimensional inspection
Collar height, connection geometry and thread are checked against the drawing on sampled parts from each lot.
- IFU for each part
Instructions for use are available for every part family and ship with the product.
Built for American labs, starting with the scan
The US launch begins with the RP exocad implant library v4.2. It covers 30 connections, so the digital case and the bench part come from the same SKU. Scan bodies and digital analogs are matched to the library, not to a generic fit.
