Returns

30 days on unopened parts

Unopened parts can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before you send anything back so we can confirm the return.

Opened or machined parts are not returnable.

Warranty

Lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects

If a part fails because of a manufacturing defect, we replace it. Contact us with the SKU and the lot number on the label, which lets us trace the run.

FAQ

Questions labs ask first

Rx only. For sale to dental professionals and dental laboratories. Still stuck? Call the team or ask Iris.

  • Every product page lists the systems it fits, with the connection, platform and diameter. Search by implant in the compatibility finder, or send us the system name and we will confirm the match before you order. If your system is not in the catalog, tell us and we will check.

  • Torque values are listed for each implant system and in the instructions for use for the part. Use the torque wrench from the Drivers & Tools category, and follow the IFU for the seat you are restoring.

  • Yes, for approved dental laboratories. Net 30 is set per account after verification. Card and ACH payments are available to every account, and Lab Partner pricing applies once the account is verified.

  • Labs with a valid resale or exemption certificate can be set to tax-exempt on the account. Send the certificate to us at us@rpcomponents.com and we will update the account once it is verified.

  • We verify your NPI and your state license or laboratory registration before opening a Lab Partner or Distributor account. Have both numbers ready when you apply.

  • The RP exocad implant library v4.2 is available for download on rpcomponentes.com.br. Install steps and the full list of 30 connections are on the exocad library page. A 3Shape library is coming soon.

  • Unopened parts can be returned within 30 days. Opened or machined parts cannot be returned, but a manufacturing defect is covered by the lifetime warranty.
